Daring Dialogue
A Deliberate 59 MINUTE Discussion
What if we choose to actively create more deliberate and daring conversations in our places of work?
What if we collaborated with individuals, very different from ourselves, from a place of genuine curiosity and compassion?
What if it was possible to role play the real conversation that you want to have within your team?
Now, more than ever, we must have more courageous, meaningful and even difficult conversations that positively impact our professional spaces, this is why we created and regularly host Daring Dialogues.
Today more than ever our courage dictates the decisions we take, how effectively we communicate, how well we handle feedback as well as our ability to push through our comfort zone to experiment and innovate. Courage is key to effectively support the individuals and teams we work with.
These deliberate 59 minute sessions are unconventional meetings of inquisitive and forward-thinking minds, hosted in an environment that stimulates sharing, new insights and possibility around questions that matter, with people who care. These conversations cater to team leaders, project managers, CEOs, executives, and anyone else who is leading a group within their scope of work.
Our promise to the 80 professionals who signed up for our last session two sessions was to
Understand how to work through burning questions
Gain clarity on specific issues
Be better equipped to introduce daring conversations within your organizations
Engage your colleagues intellectually and emotionally
Provide tangible action items to implement in your workplace.
This learning environment deliberately guarantees complete confidentiality, has ZERO hierarchy and is inclusive.
Come with an open mind and a willingness to discuss difficult topics, do us all a favor and share with your friends and colleagues. We dare you!
The most significant finding from Dr. Brené Brown’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. Focus on developing these courage-building skills through online experiential dialogue to help you transition from defensive leadership to daring leadership. We can help you do that, drop us an email to stay informed about future programs based on Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead at nadene@allsystemsgo.ch
