In 2001 after participating in a study involving women who had children and held executive positions in organizations the research was clear. Professional women who had children were struggling in the workplace with promotion, professional development and flexibility. I created VIA2 a resource center a social enterprise funded by the Swiss Government. VIA2 mission was to build capacity within organizations on diversity and inclusion. This led to providing over 1000 hours of coaching services for working professionals struggling with a multitude of often conflicting imperatives at work and home . I created 2 programs for this coaching and was later certified in 4 different methods that help to create tipping points and transformational shifts with individuals and teams. I left the center in 2009 and wrote the book La Force de l’Equilibre which published with Les Editions Saint Augustin in 2012.
